Care Instructions
It is washable just like our own hair! Add 1 tablespoon of shampoo to cold water, and soak for 5 minutes. Rinse the wig gently in cold clear water twice or until thoroughly rinsed. Add some conditioner to immerse the wig for about 10 minutes, then blot it gently with a towel and leave it for air drying!
Wash Natura extensions every 10-20 wears.

What is the difference between Human hair vs Synthetic hair?
Human hair extensions are made from Remy human hair and are generally more expensive than synthetic ones. They can be styled and color-treated just like your natural hair, offering a seamless, realistic look. However, they are more susceptible to damage from heat and chemicals and typically require more care and maintenance.
Synthetic hair extensions, on the other hand, are made from various artificial fibers and are usually more affordable. They come in a wide range of styles, colors, and lengths, making them a great option if you want to experiment with a new look without affecting your natural hair. However, synthetic extensions are less durable than human hair and may not last as long.
Can I heat my hair extensions?
Just like your own hair, Natura Hair extensions can be straightened, blow-dried, styled, and curled. In order to preserve and extend the lifespan of your Natura Hair extensions, however, we suggest to always using a heat protectant spray prior to styling your set.
Additionally, we recommend only using a low heat setting of 120C/250F, as anything higher runs the risk of damaging the hair. The reason why we recommend opting for a lower heat setting is that it will prolong the lifespan of your set. While our own hair may be able to handle a high heat setting, our hair is also constantly getting revitalized from the scalp, whereas hair extensions don't get that sort of constant nutrition.
Can I dye my hair extensions?
Human hair extensions can be dyed. However, our synthetic hair extensions are made from premium mono-fibre material, and we strongly advise against using any hair dyes on them. This may damage the fibres and is unlikely to produce effective or lasting results.
How long should my hair extensions last?
The lifespan of any hair extensions depends on the aftercare and maintenance.
If you regularly use your clip in hair extensions and care for them well, they can last you anywhere between 6-8 months and sometimes even over a year. But again, like all hair extensions this depends on how well you take care of them.
Halo hair extensions usually last up to 4 to 6 months, depending on how well you treat them. This covers how you wash your hair, how often you style with heating tools and even using the right hair brush since these extensions are attached at the root of your natural hair.
Natural wigs, when taken care of well can last upto a year whereas synthetic wigs last anywhere between 4-6 months.
Is it possible for the Halo hair extensions to slip/fall out?
No, the Halo hair extensions will not slip or fall out of your hair if applied correctly. The Halo® hair extension set comes with nylon wires pre-included in 7 different sizes so you can fit the weft perfectly to your head and ensure it is secured.
This is why we added the extra clips on either side of the weft for added security if needed. After you apply it, the weight of your hair laying on top will also help keep it in place. You can whip your hair back and forth without any worries of the extensions falling out!
Can I style my clip in and ponytail hair extensions?
Yes, you can style them. Always remember to use a maximum temperature of 180 degrees on your clip ins and ponytail.
How should I brush my hair extensions?
The hair extensions are attached to your natural hair and therefore pulling them can result in pulling out your own hair. Start brushing your hair from the bottom and then move slowly to the top. Always hold your hair extensions at the top firmly, before brushing to ensure you are not pulling too much on them.

How do I return an item?
You can return items to us within 60 days of purchase. Due to the nature and hygiene of our products, ALL products must be in their original shipped condition for the return to be accepted.
